Cinema Sleep Announce New Label, Upcoming Releases For 2013

Cincinnati, OH heavy rock five piece Cinema Sleep have released a video today outlining recent developments and some of their upcoming releases for 2013.

First, Cinema Sleep is no longer unsigned! They just partnered with StandBy Records, current home to the likes of Picture Me Broken and Hopes Die Last and the previous label for Black Veil Brides and Emarosa, amongst others. We’ve already reported on the leak of Jonny Craig‘s new song, “Rhythm to My Soul (AKA Heroin)”, but three brand new tracks by the much disputed artist have leaked onto YouTube.

The new songs, entitled “When It Rains It Pours”, “I Belong Out Here” and the soon-to-be controversially titled “You’re Just Another Whore”, in addition to “Rhythm to My Soul (AKA Heroin),” take a more R&B direction than Craig’s previous endeavors. Jonny Craig Addresses Departure; New Tour

Embattled singer, Jonny Craig, has released an official statement regarding being dismissed from Dance Gavin Dance. Craig, who was also fired from the helm of Emarosa in 2011, is taking the departure from DGD as an opportunity to “focus on his solo project.” The singer plans to head out on a tour of the United Kingdom this October and after, a full United States tour.

Jonny Craig kicked out of Emarosa

AltPress has revealed that Emarosa have parted ways with vocalist Jonny Craig. You can read a statement from the band addressing the situation below. Emarosa WILL NOT be breaking up and still plan on performing at this year’s Bamboozle festival in New Jersey. No word yet on a replacement.

“As of today, Jonny Craig is no longer a member of Emarosa. This decision has been a hard one to make, but we feel it is in the best interest for the band going forward.”
