Devin Townsend (Ex-Strapping Young Lad) Vents On Piracy

Metal musician and producer Devin Townsend (formerly of extreme metal band, Strapping Young Lad) took to Twitter last night to share his thoughts on music piracy. It’s been observed that Townsend had much to speak about upon finding that Epicloud, his latest work under the Devin Townsend Project moniker had been leaked on the internet just before its scheduled release date next week.

Though this is understandable that artist’s want an audience to appreciate their art, but this still leaves much to be considered seeing as how many musicians are moving towards doing unconventional things like selling albums …

DEVIN TOWNSEND reveals plans for the remainder of the year
