Nicki Minaj Reveals Mitt Romney Endorsement was in Character, Supports Obama

Not too long ago, Lil Wayne’s Dedication 4 revealed that Nicki Minaj endorsed Mitt Romney for President.

The lyric in question is “I’m a republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy b*tches are f*cking up the economy”, from the track “Mercy”. When asked about her Republican endorsement on Florida radio station Power 95.3, President Barack Obama saidYeah, I’m not sure that’s actually what happened. I think she had a song on there, a little rap that said that. But she likes to play different characters. So I don’t know what’s going on there.

Nicki Minaj Endorses Mitt Romney On “Dedication 4″ Track

Nicki Minaj is not one for holding in her personal viewpoints or standings on issues in today’s economy. Minaj released a line on Lil Wayne’s latest Dedication 4 mixtape that specifically says, “I’m a republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy b*tches are f*cking up the economy”. Good for her. At least she is being honest about politics.

The “Mercy” instrumental did not come as a surprise seeing as how Wayne and Minaj were just trying to outdo G.O.O.D. Music and MMG. To put it simply, they crashed and burned. Listen to the clip of their mediocre “Mercy” rendition and …

MIXTAPE: Lil Wayne – Dedication 4

Under The Gun Review and the rest of the rap music fan base of Lil Wayne have been sick of the waiting game and finally the time has come! His collaborative Dedication 4 mixtape, with DJ Drama, has finally been released to the internet.

Can you believe Weezy is following through with a guideline? We cannot believe it. Figuring that 2 Chainz needed way more exposure than he already is getting worldwide, Wayne jumped ship at the original release date, then the next, and the one after that. BIG surprise.

Lil Wayne Addresses “Dedication 4″ Delay, Confirms Labor Day Release

Lil Wayne has again turned to BreadOverBed to address the recent (continued) delay of his Dedication 4 mixtape. The video announcement, which can be found below (or here), finds Weezy telling fans his work is “done” and that everything that follows from this point is on producer DJ Drama.

“Remember how I used to do mixtapes and drop online? Just free, drop em online and songs be sporadically everywhere. Then a week later, some DJ gets the songs and he throws his DJ shout outs on there? But officially Drama would put it out, or whatever DJ it would be

Lil Wayne Delays “Dedication 4″ Yet Again

Ok. I think I am officially past giving a shit about Lil Wayne’s rap career, or at least caring enough to pay attention to his schedule of releases. After delaying the original release date of Dedication 4 based on claims he wanted to give 2 Chainz’s debut album release center stage, the “Lollipop” rapper has again delayed the mixtape’s release. Though Wayne has not given an official statement regarding the delay, producer DJ Drama informed the world of the D4′s new date, September 3, via Twitter earlier today:

I would say we will update this post when Weezy explains the …

Lil Wayne Delays Dedication 4 (Again), Announces New Release Date

Last week Lil Wayne semi-shocked us all by delaying his highly anticipated Dedication 4 mixtape, and guess what? He just did it again.

For those who have been following along, Weezy promised last week in a video announcement that Dedication 4 would be surfacing sometime the following week (aka, this week). Now another Friday has arrived and there is still no sign of new material from Lil Wayne to be found, but there is an update. Taking to his Twitter last night, Wayne posted:

Given Wayne’s history of delays, I’m not holding my breath on this one, but at least …

Lil Wayne Delays “Dedication 4,” Releases “No Lie” Freestyle

Over the last few weeks you may have noticed the fact that no one in the Young Money camp seemed to be promoting Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated Dedication 4 mixtape. Well, now we know why.

Partnering with BreadOverBread, Lil Wayne released a video statement to fans explaining the tape’s delay and debuting his latest freestyle. In the clip, which you can view after the jump, Weezy claims skating and the release of 2 Chainz’s debut album Based On A T.R.U. Story earlier in the week is the major cause for the delay:
