Fest 13 Dates Confirmed; More Details Coming April 1

Is it too early to be talking about festivals that will be taking place this fall? Of course not! The Fest organizers must feel the same way, as they tweeted a little bit ago confirming the dates for Fest 13. In case you haven’t heard of Fest before, here’s a quick rundown.

Fest is an annual music festival held during Halloween in Gainesville, Florida. A majority of the artists that perform are punk rock or indie. Last year the festival boasted artists like Arliss Nancy, Forever Came Calling, Big D And The Kids Table and many, many more.

Monster Energy’s Welcome To Rockville Dates And Initial Lineup Revealed

Monster Energy has announced the 2014 return of their highly successful Welcome To Rockville music festival.

Taking place April 26 and 27 in Jacksonville, Florida, Monster Energy’s Welcome To Rockville will feature some of the biggest names in rock within miles of the Atlantic coast. The full lineup has yet to be revealed, but more than 30 acts have already been confirmed, including Avenged Sevenfold and The Cult. Backtrack’s Australian Tour Begins Today

New York hardcore upstarts Backtrack have arrived in Australia and will be kicking off their Australian tour tonight in Brisbane.

The tour which is in support of their crushing new record, Lost In Life (out now through Bridge Nine records), began with a brief trek through New Zealand over the last few days, and sees old friends reunite as Backtrack team up with Australian hardcore legends Iron Mind to tear rooms apart all across the country.

Saviour To Call It A Day

In news that has sent shock-waves through the Australian punk and hardcore community, rising stars Saviour have announced that they are calling it a day.

The band announced their decision via an official statement distributed by their label UNFD today, in which they confirmed that their upcoming shows at Melbourne’s Push Over and Tasmania’s Breath of Life festivals will be their last ever shows outside of Western Australia. Warped Tour Adds Five Bands, Including Attila and Mayday Parade

Another week, another round of Warped Tour announcements littering unknowns with bands that will surely make attendees flip.

Following last week’s debut, Warped Tour is sticking to their lineup strategy this week by revealing another five acts from the the upcoming summer 2014 outing. This time around, Attila, Mayday Parade, Tear Out The Heart, The Protomen, and Plague Vender have been added, bringing the total acts announced to 10. The previous five were For Today, Air Dubai, Mixtapes, Teenage Bottlerock, and Stray From The Path.
