The Word Alive & Darkest Hour Replace As I Lay Dying On Killswitch Engage Tour

Killswitch Engage have announced that because As I Lay Dying won’t be attending the band’s Disarm The Descent tour to promote their latest album of the same name, they will be adding The Word Alive and Darkest Hour to the tour routing in their (As I Lay Dying) place. Darkest Hour Part Ways With Ryan Parrish

Darkest Hour have announced that they parted ways with their drummer Ryan Parrish. The replacement duties will be filled by Dead To Fall’s Timothy Java for now.

MUSIC VIDEO: Darkest Hour – Your Every Day Disaster

Darkest Hour have unleashed their brand new video for “Your Every Day Disaster.”

The clip, which you can view after the jump, showcases the band both on stage and in the studio. It’s not exactly breaking the mold for clips, but hey, Darkest Hour fans will dig it (right?).

If you haven’t heard The Human Romance, you owe it to your ears to correct that error sooner than later. Darkest Hour have, and will continue to be one of the best heavy acts around (even if their videos are far from original).

Darkest Hour drops off of Summer Slaughter Tour

Darkest Hour have announced that, due to “unforeseen circumstances,” the band will have to drop off of the Summer Slaughter Tour. The current statement from the band can be viewed right here.

Summer Slaughter bands announced

Half of this year’s Summer Slaughter Tour line-up has been revealed. Headliners include Whitechapel and The Black Dahlia Murder who will share the stage with Darkest Hour, Dying Fetus, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Impending Doom. Dates for the tour, as well as additional bands, have not yet been announced.

Born Of Osiris album release
