New York Radio DJ Claims Kanye West’s New Album Is Complete

There has been talk of new material from Kanye West for months, but as of this morning it seems all but confirmed that a new album is on the way (much) sooner than later.

New York City radio personality Peter Rosenberg sits at the center of this story, as it is his on-air discussion of West’s latest efforts that sent bloggers into a fury earlier today. Whips/Chains (Members of Xerxes, Black God, Coliseum) Signs to Deathwish Inc.

Punishing hardcore act Whips/Chains recently signed to Deathwish Inc. and announced their debut EP Master/Slave. Members of the band include Ryan Patterson (Coliseum), Ben Sears (Black God), and Will Allard (Xerxes), and the group blends their influences together to create a really grimy, loud mix of sounds. The music video portrays Katy as a young adult with her love and as an older woman, pondering her past. This is one of Katy’s darkest videos with a lot of emotion. The song comes off her latest release, Teenage Dream.
