Angels & Airwaves Stream ‘Stomping The Phantom Brake Pedal’ EP

Blink-182 has been all anyone could talk about for a few weeks now, but that doesn’t mean the members of Blink have let their other projects go by the wayside. Tomorrow, Tom Delonge’s Angels & Airwaves will release their latest EP, Stomping The Phantom Brake Pedal, and UTG has a complete stream of the record starting today! There are only two new songs, but anyone familiar with AVA’s music knows that can mean up to fifteen minutes of new material. You can stream the tracks, entitled “The Score” and “Love Two Reimaged,” after the jump.

STREAM: Angels And Airwaves – “Diary”

Blink-182 frontman Tom Delonge may have recently celebrated the independence of his pop punk group, but it’s his space rock indie act that we’re talking about today.

Earlier this morning, a new song from Angels And Airwaves popped up online entitled, “Diary.” The song hails from Gold Package VI, which is the name of the latest giveaway to members of the AVA fan club, and runs just over seven minutes in length. You can stream the song after the jump.

Blink-182 are NOT Breaking Up

Over the past couple of days rumors have been swirling that pop-punk icons, Blink-182, are heading once again towards splits-ville. Those rumors have been further stoked by the numerous injuries and illnesses faced by drummer Travis Barker and guitarist/singer Tom DeLonge over the past couple of months that have forced the pop-punk trio to cancel various shows.

Well, bassist/singer Mark Hoppus has shot down Blink-breakup rumors in a tweet this morning. Check out Hoppus’ tweet after the jump.

Captured in slow-mo, AVA’s clip for “Surrender” captures the intense atmosphere of the group’s performances as never before. Angels & Airwaves Working On New Movies, Live DVD And More

According to an interview today, it has been confirmed that Angels & Airwaves are busy at work on plenty of music-related projects.

Angels & Airwaves are pulling out all of the stops for their latest music video “Anxiety,” which can be viewed right here!

The video takes the band in high definition territory and incorporates 3D for all of you wealthy folks out there. There is so much going on, light wise, in the visuals that it honestly makes it difficult to consentrate for the entire four minutes and twenty-two seconds. This song comes off of the band’s release, Love Pt.2, through Suretone/Geffen.

Angels & Airwaves are preparing to take their support of Love overseas in 2012 with a recently announced UK tour.

Starting April 9 in Nottingham, AVA’s 2012 UK run currently spans 5 days. You can view the full routing below:

Angels & Airwaves to release more films

In a one-day-only event, Angels and Airwaves released their album-turned-film, Love, to 500 theaters last Wednesday. For the fans who missed it, the movie will be released for purchase on November 11, via the band’s website. And fans will be glad to hear that guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge wants to do the same with the band’s next two albums.

Angels & Airwaves’ LOVE film to hit select theaters

Angels & Airwaves’ film, LOVE, is set to show in select theaters on August 10th.

LOVE is a science fiction film directed by William Eubank. The film has multiple story lines, but the focus is on a main character (played by Gunner Wright) who is mysteriously abandoned on the International Space Station to watch the world fall apart. The film has been played at multiple film festivals and won several awards.

The band hopes to release LOVE in a box set containing the Film, the soundtrack, and LOVE part II.
