Electro-dance duo, Blaqk Audio, will be releasing their sophomore album, Bright Black Heaven, on September 11 via Superball Music. Bright Black Heaven will be Blaqk Audio’s long-awaited follow-up to their 2007 debut, Sex Cells. The duo recently dropped an album teaser/preview video on us, so give it a listen after the jump.
Blaqk Audio is the side-project of Davey Havok and Jade Puget, also known as one-half of influential punk rock outfit AFI. Black Audio represents a distinct departure from Havok and Puget’s punk roots. Instead of quick hitting, goth-inspired punk ditties, Blaqk Audio closer resembles dark, dirty European electro-pop.
